Job Description

Job Purpose:

Assist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the Business Operations Manager: Software & Cloud.

Responsibilities:

Support to Cloud Sales Admin:
  • Create PO process vendor orders on different vendor platforms.
  • GRV virtual stock.
  • Allocate virtual stock to sales orders.
  • Invoice customers Refer queries to the sales team, product managers and technical team, as necessary. Assist in general administrative tasks as require.
Cloud Technical Support:
  • Onboard new resellers.
  • Accounts creation.
  • Refer queries to the Sales, PM and Technical colleagues, as necessary.
  • Assist in general administrative & technical tasks as required.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Matric
  • Undergraduate/Postgraduate - BCom Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering or Cloud Computing
  • Minimum: Entry level
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

 Skills and Knowledge:
