Job Purpose:

Assist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the Head of Human Resources.

Responsibilities
  • Assist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the Head of HR and HR team which includes:
  • Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews
  • Participate in employee onboarding and training programs
  • Help manage employee records and HR databases
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
  • Induction
  • Labour Relations
  • Wellness
  • Learning and Development
  • Remuneration and Benefits
Qualification and Experience:
  • Matric
  • Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum: Entry-level with exposure to HR practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Skills and Knowledge:
