As a General Technician at Mustek, I was provided with growth opportunities. Mustek ensured that we could further our studies in our fields of expertise. The opportunities were always there for me after I joined the branch, although they were at different Mustek branches.
Transitioning from being a Lecturer, Mustek provided me with the necessary experience for future progression within or outside the company through various in-house training programs. When I first joined Mustek, there were areas where my knowledge was lacking. However, through on-the-job training, I managed to acquire the necessary expertise.
As an accredited service facility, we can provide after-sales assistance for our products and advise clients directly when they encounter purchase problems.
